Every project is delivered under a written agreement — a proposal, statement of work, or contract — that defines the scope, deliverables, timeline, checkpoints and acceptance criteria. In case of any conflict between these terms and a signed project agreement, the signed agreement prevails.
We deliver what is agreed in the scope. Work outside that scope — new features, extra revisions, additional integrations — is quoted separately before we start it. This keeps both sides clear on what is included and what is not.
Upon full payment for a project, all intellectual property rights in the custom deliverables created for you — code, designs, copy and documentation — transfer to you. We retain the right to reuse general know-how, techniques and non-client-specific components, and to reference the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Payment terms, milestones and amounts are set per project in the agreement. Late payments may pause delivery until the account is settled.
We warrant that our services will be performed with professional care and in line with the agreed scope. Beyond what is written in your project agreement, we make no other warranties — express or implied — about uninterrupted operation, specific business outcomes, or fitness for a purpose not stated in the agreement. Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
Information you share with us during scoping and delivery is treated as confidential and used only for the project. The same applies to our internal methods shared with you.
Send us a brief — we'll define scope, checkpoints and deliverables together.
