Data we collect

We collect:

• Contact form submissions — your name, email address, and whatever you include in your message, timeline and budget fields.
• Direct emails — anything you send to hello@kovalu.com.
• Usage analytics — which pages are visited, which buttons are clicked and whether a contact form was sent, through Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies and sees your browser, device and approximate location; Cloudflare Web Analytics sets no cookies. Your name, email and message are never sent to either service.

We do not run advertising trackers: Google signals and ad personalization are turned off. We do not collect payment data on this website.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry and prepare a project proposal.
• Follow up on an active or past engagement.

We do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent, and we do not share, rent, or sell your data to third parties. The only exception is if we are required to do so by law.

Data retention and your rights

We keep inquiry data only as long as it is useful for the conversation or the engagement that follows. You can ask us at any time to review, correct, or delete your personal data by writing to hello@kovalu.com, and we will comply promptly.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information — limited access, secure hosting, and no unnecessary copies. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending highly sensitive credentials through the contact form; we will arrange a secure channel when needed.
